Booth Coverage

This is a great opportunity to get professional footage for social media, email and promotional material for current and upcoming Trade Shows.

Utilize our services to highlight a product, speaker, demo or overall booth coverage. You can also book us for a team dinner or photo.

PhotO

Includes:

  • pre-shoot consultation; to asses your goals and determine a shooting strategy.

  • up to 1 hour of booth coverage

  • online gallery where you can download your images.

Image files are formatted medium resolution and permitted for online usage. Additional usage rights and larger formats can be added; let us know if you have additional needs.

VIDEO

Includes:

  • pre-shoot consultation to asses your goals and determine a shooting strategy.

  • up to 1 hour of booth coverage - taking place either consecutively or spread out (depends on your goals).  This can include a featured product, interview and/or overall booth coverage.  Additional time can be added if necessary to accomplish all aforementioned.

  • 30 second highlight video set to music and text overlay with text you provide. - you are permitted one revision after initial video is delivered. Additional edits will incur a fee $100/hr.  Multiple videos can be generated from the footage as well .

  • video will be provided within 7 days of filming.

Services agreement:


1. SERVICES

Producer agrees to provide professional video production services to Client under the following scope:

    •    Up to 1 hour of on-site filming

    •    One (1) edited video with a final runtime of approximately 30 seconds

    •    Basic editing including color correction, audio balancing, and simple transitions

Any filming or production time exceeding the initial 1 hour will incur additional charges as outlined in Section 4.


2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:

    •    Provide clear creative direction and products prior to filming

    •    Ensure all participants have permission to be filmed

    •    Be present or designate a representative during the shoot


3. FEES & PAYMENT (video)

  •    Base Rate: $500 for 1 hour of filming and one 30-second edited video

  •    Additional Filming Time: $275 per additional hour (or prorated in increments of [30] minutes)

 •    Additional Edits: If additional edits are requested beyond the one included revision a fee of $100 per hour (or prorated in increments of [30] minutes)


4. FEES & PAYMENT (photo)

  •    Base Rate: $500 for 1 hour of filming and includes approximately 50 images

  •    Additional Filming Time: $500 per additional hour (or prorated in increments of [30] minutes)

 •    Inclusions: All images will be available for download online within 24 hours of shooting.


5. USAGE REALM

Both photos and videos are provided for online use: email, social media content and website.


6. DELIVERY

Video will be delivered digitally via download link within 7 business days after filming, subject to timely feedback from Client.

Photos will be accesible online within 24 hours of shooting.
